Skimming – Skimming is a technique used either on new plasterboard or over existing walls or ceilings to create a smooth finish perfect for painting or wall papering.

Plaster Boarding – Plaster boarding is a simple and cost effective way of creating new interior walls and ceilings. It is a material consisting of two sheets of heavy paper with a layer of plaster between them. Once put in place an additional coat of plaster is added for the finishing touch.
Float and Set – Float, and Set is the method used for applying a background plaster onto bricks or stone.
Dot and Dabbing – Dot & Dab is the name given to the process of fixing plasterboard to a solid wall by using an adhesive. Dot & Dab or dry lining is a brilliant method for improving heat and sound insulation. It is fast and efficient and therefore very cost effective.

Rendering – Rendering is applied externally to buildings. The render is usually more cement based and is water proof. It can even be mixed with Bath stone for that unique Bath look.
K Rend – K Rend is another form of rendering which is a mixture of silicon and lime and comes in a wide range of colours. Again it to applied to external walls and even garden walls to add a textured and bright finish.
Pebble Dash – Pebble dash is a coarse plaster surface used on exterior walls that consist of lime and sometimes cement mixed with sand, small gravel, and often pebbles or shells. It can also be known as Roughcast.
